Buni hal qilish uchun GNEE ilmiy-tadqiqot guruhi bir kechada dumalash rejasini moslashtirdi, tugatish prokat haroratini 850 darajadan 820 darajaga aniq pasaytirdi va shu bilan birga ichki stressni bartaraf etish uchun ko'p o'tishli tekislash jarayonini qabul qildi. Ishlab chiqarish jarayonida sifat inspektorlari po'lat plitalarning har bir partiyasining mexanik xususiyatlari standartlarga mos kelishini ta'minlash uchun har 2 soatda namuna olish sinovlarini o'tkazdilar. Ular orasida yadroMuhandislik mashinalari uchun S690Q yuqori quvvatli strukturaviy po'lat plitalarhatto nufuzli uchinchi tomon{0}}tashkilotlari tomonidan sinovdan o'tgan va barcha ko'rsatkichlar mijoz kutganidan ancha yuqori bo'lgan.
"Biz Evropadagi uchta mahalliy po'lat tegirmonlarini solishtirdik va GNEE nafaqat raqobatbardosh narxlarni taklif qiladi, balki bizni tezkor texnik javob bilan hayratda qoldiradi", dedi qabul qilish joyidagi nemis mijozining sotib olish bo'yicha direktori. Ilgari, mahalliy po'lat zavodlaridan yetkazib berish kechiktirilganligi sababli loyiha to'xtatib turish arafasida edi. Vaziyatni o'rgangach, GNEE ishlab chiqarish tsiklini an'anaviy 45 kundan 30 kungacha qisqartirdi, ishlab chiqarish liniyasi jadvalini o'zgartirish va qo'shimcha texnik xodimlarni tayinlash orqali etkazib berishni ta'minladi.
Po'lat plitalarning silliq va tekis yuzasini va turli tekshiruv hisobotlarida aniq ma'lumotlarni ko'rganida, u darhol keyingi chorak uchun sotib olish niyatini joyida imzoladi. Bu yetkazib berish nafaqat GNEE ishlab chiqarish quvvatini sinovdan o‘tkazish, balki Xitoyning po‘lat korxonalarining yuqori darajadagi po‘lat mahsulotlari-sohasida erishgan texnologik yutuqlarini ham ta’kidlaydi.
