Vetnam infratuzilmasini qo'llab-quvvatlash: GNEE po'lati A572 50-darajali yuqori-mustahkam po'latni yetkazib beradi

Vetnam infratuzilmasi qurilishining jadal rivojlanishi bilan yuqori-po'latga talab tobora ortib bormoqda. Yaqinda GNEE Steel kompaniyasi Vetnamdagi Xanoy-Haiphong Expressway loyihasi uchun moslashtirilgan 1500 tonna A572 50-darajali yuqori{6}}mustahkam po'latni yetkazib berishni yakunladi. Ushbu po'lat partiyasi ko'prik{9}}ko'taruvchi tuzilmalari va yulka qoplamasi uchun ishlatiladi, bu esa tezyurar yo'lning silliq qurilishi uchun asosiy materialni ta'minlaydi.

Vetnamdagi asosiy tirikchilik loyihasi sifatida ekspress yo'l loyihasi po'latning mustahkamligi, ob-havoga chidamliligi va payvandlash ko'rsatkichlari uchun qat'iy talablarga ega. A572 50-darajali yuqori{3}}past qotishma (HSLA) po'lat plitalari sifatida, 345MPa gacha oquvchanlikka ega va bu infratuzilma loyihalari uchun ideal tanlovdir. Biroq, Vetnamning yuqori-harorati va yuqori namlikli iqlimi po'latdan zangga chidamliligini talab qiladi. Ishlab chiqarish jarayonida jamoa uchun eng katta muammo po'latning zangga chidamliligini oshirish va payvandlashning mustahkamligini qanday ta'minlash edi. Takroriy sinovlardan so'ng, texnik guruh po'lat plitalarning sirtini qayta ishladi va korroziyaga chidamliligini oshirish uchun po'latga mikro nikel elementlarini qo'shdi. Ishlab chiqarish davrida vetnamlik mijoz zavodga tasodifan tashrif buyurdi. Ustaxonada zangga chidamli{13}}avtomatlashtirilgan ishlab chiqarish liniyasi va mexanik xususiyatlarni sinash uchun mo‘ljallangan aniq uskunalarni ko‘rgandan so‘ng, mijoz joyida shunday dedi: “GNEE ishlab chiqarish quvvati bizga to‘liq ishonch bag‘ishladi”. Ular orasida yadroInfratuzilma qurilishi uchun A572 50-darajali HSLA po'lat plitalariVetnamning iqlim sharoitini taqlid qiluvchi ob-havoga chidamlilik sinovlaridan o'tdi va uning zangga chidamliligi loyiha talablaridan ancha yuqori.

GNEE nafaqat po'latni o'z vaqtida etkazib berdi, balki bizning asosiy muammomizni hal qilib, saytdagi payvandlash jarayonini boshqarish uchun texnik xodimlarni ham yubordi ", - deb tanishtirdi Vyetnam loyihasi uchun mas'ul janob Nguyen.

Ilgari, mahalliy po'latning mustahkamligi etarli emasligi sababli, loyihaning ko'prik konstruktsiyasini qurish bir vaqtlar to'xtatilgan edi. GNEE tomonidan taqdim etilgan A572 50 gradusli yuqori mustahkamlikdagi po'lat nafaqat mustahkamlik talablariga javob beradi, balki payvandlashdan keyingi qo'shma mustahkamlikni ham 15% ga oshirib, qurilish sifatini samarali ta'minlaydi. Ushbu po'lat partiyasi foydalanishga topshirilgandan so'ng, ko'prikning yuk ko'tarish qobiliyati og'ir yuk mashinalarining transport ehtiyojlarini qondirishi mumkin bo'lgan dastlabki dizaynga nisbatan 20% ga oshirilganligi tushuniladi.

 

Po‘latning uzluksiz yetkazib berilishini ta’minlash uchun GNEE jamoasi Vetnamning logistika sharoitlarini to‘liq ko‘rib chiqdi, po‘lat plitalarni mahalliy transport standartlariga javob beradigan o‘lchamlarga kesib tashladi va tashish paytida yomg‘ir eroziyasini oldini olish uchun qadoqlash uchun suv o‘tkazmaydigan va namlik-o‘tkazmaydigan materiallardan foydalangan. Buyurtmani tasdiqlashdan yakuniy yetkazib berishgacha bor-yo'g'i 40 kun davom etdi, bu mijoz kutganidan 10 kun qisqaroq. Ushbu hamkorlik GNEE Steelni Vetnam infratuzilma loyihalari uchun muhim po'lat yetkazib beruvchiga aylantirdi va hozirda 3 ta Vetnam infratuzilma loyihalari GNEEga sotib olish niyatlarini yubordi.

 

Belt and Road Initiative dasturining- chuqur rivojlanishi bilan GNEE Steel xorijdagi infratuzilma bozoriga e'tiborini qaratishda davom etadi, A572 Grade 50 kabi yuqori mustahkamlikdagi po'lat ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarini optimallashtiradi, ko'proq xorijdagi infratuzilma loyihalari uchun yuqori-sifatli po'lat bilan ta'minlaydi va global infratuzilma qurilishini rivojlantirishga hissa qo'shadi.
